I would like to thank Chace (Kings GM) for coming out here. He has been one of the most active and best gms in this leauge.
Q:Your 5th in the Western confrence and have a 11-9-0 record how do you feel on your teams play do you think they can do better?
A:Well they been playing good but not consistint i feel we need a better core of dmen and a solid goalie and we should climb the coference.
Q:Both Sedins have improved in stats scince they joined the Kings why do you think that is?
A:ever since theyve been playing along side fellow swede Mikael Samualson they just been having outstanding chemistry and where just being held back by the defencive likes of vancouver
Q:Your first line of the sedin twins and samuelsson has gotten 64pts in 27gp r u satisfied with there play? Do you expect them to stay together for the rest of the year?
A:im very satisfied with there performence and im expecting them to keep up at this pace. yes they will stay together unless they start to fall apart or injuries hopefully not.
Q:What has been the best/worst trade u have gotten so far and from who?
A:hmm the roloson trade with edmonton i thougth he was gonna pull his self together but he didnt. my best would have to be the sedin twins.
Q:Rookie D-man Drew Doughty leads all your D-man in pts are you suprised?Dont you think the vetran D like Matt Green,Mattias Ohlund and Denis Gauthier should be leading the young guns?
A:Actualy im not hes a very offencive D-Man and he can stand his own ground as for ohlund hes more of a at home D-Man and should be putting up a little more points but i wont complain just yet, and for green hes just not playing up to par and might be moved very soon. Gauthier hasent had alot of play time but might be taking over for green to see what hes got to offer
Q:Where do you expect to finsih in the end of the season why?
A:Im expecting alot out of my club and i hope they wont dissapoint me i want to be in the top 3 in the league, because ive worked hard to make the team the way it now. I want to make it to the cup and win like all of the other gms
Q:why do you think the leauge has been so unactive in the last couple of weeks?Do you think that Drew should sim a little more?
A:I thhink its because drews been very busy latly and havent been siming enough. and i think all the gms should still be active in trade talks and answer there pms and make discussin's even if drews not there. he's not the only one to blame we all gotta look in the mirrior
Q:Your paying Mats Sundin 7M for 1 year and hes rated a superstar. Hes had 20pts in 27gp do u think he needs to improve or is he just here for a vetrent to lead your young team?
A:I am upset with his performence this season and was expecting more out of him but he has good leadership and that helps out the team alot but thee might be a possbilty of him moving by deadline
Q:I no its a little early in the season but do who do u think will take lord stanley?why?
A:i believe pittsburgh or calgary there both very good gms and know how to run a team if there is a final i see that the stanley cup final and with the Flames ending up the winner
Q:last question. What are your thoughts on the show?
A:I like the idea it should spin up some soap in the league. its one of a kind and where lucky to have a great group of gms willing to put time and effort into helping the league. keep up the good work. oh and dont forget to pick up your copy of nhl 10 in september
